Hello,I am a self employed musician looking to purchase my first rental property/house hack (I am in the very beginning stages of the research process). 

I have ran several of my own businesses over the last decade including, musician, DJ, junk removal and reseller.

Those guys are fellow musicians (Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Toadies, Screaming Trees, Soundgarden, 4 Non Blondes, Type O Negative, Screaming Cheetah Wheelies, Culture Club). 

I’m also a musician so having the financial freedom to be able to put more time and effort into my songwriting is also a huge goal for me!

You can also influence people with comments such as, "I sure can't wait until this pandemic is over and life can go back to normal, I missed some great concerts last summer and have my fingers crossed that none of the musicians I am holding tickets for drop dead before I can see them!"

He has had trouble with financing since he is a musician without a w2.

So I have stayed in my lane so to speak until he ask me to be there to meet the, 1) middle men who has been working on the deal. 2) the buyer who drive out from LA to pick up the signed deal and 3) and I'm not kidding, a strange voice over speaker phone who I suspect is the real buyer and the man from LA is just the one buying on paper.

I've been interested in real estate since I was 7 with the discovery of HGTV😂 (It's just something about houses that really cranks my gears (; ) Anyways, my father is a musician.

But as the Tennessee markets have recovered (average home values of $162,000) and rents have increased to an average of $1,039, the Volunteer state is attracting more than just hopeful musicians.

I have retired form door to door and I am now focusing on all aspects of real estate as well as acting (film actor), being a studio musician, motivational speaking and being the best husband and father I can be.
