Hey, my name is Miles, I'm 28 and I have been living in Austin Texas for 6+ years.

I currently work as a handyman mostly doing small "tasks" for new residents. I have ran several of my own businesses over the last decade including, musician, DJ, junk removal and reseller. I still resell on the side, it's hard to pass up a good deal haha. I've resold over 6000 items in the last 10 years and did it full time for a couple of years before getting into the handyman business a year and a half ago.

If anyone is doing any flips or BRRRRs that I could shadow and get my feet wet with that would be awesome. I am very interested in combining my skills of construction and reselling to start flipping houses and BRRRRing. I have mostly done the solo-prenurship thing, but I would really like to find someone with some more experience than I have to partner with. I think I would be best at managing rehabs and selling or renting out the properties, but I'm sure I could do it all myself. I would like to find someone who enjoys finding deals and handing the finances. 

I've read The Book On Flipping Houses, The Book On Estimating Rehab Costs, The Book On Investing In Real Estate With Low And No Money Down and The Book On Rental Property Investing. I've also listened to the last 100 or so bigger pockets podcasts.

My long term goals are $10k per month in cash flow, 2 personal properties (one in Austin Texas and one in Lincoln Nebraska), and $10M net worth. My short term goals is to get into a house hack within the next 6 months and to start doing flips ASAP.
