I don't believe a permit was ever pulled for this.I was going to fix it up to make it safe for use again (it has exposed nail points on the underside of the roof, and the floor is sagging in some areas).However, what I'm wondering is: even if I fix it up, and a tenant gets injured in there anyway (trips and falls) and sues me, will my insurance deny liability coverage anyway, if they find out it doesn't have a permit?

Make sure the underside of the trailer is intact for one.

With that amount of urine, it has soaked through to the underside which you can't seal from above....best to replace.  

Then again, the tunnels could be on the underside of the subfloor which is why it's important to go down there and get eyes on it.

When in such a situation, we will spray foam the underside of the existing roof and then affix strapping to the top of the roof deck (to make a ventialtion channel) and build a new roof overtop.

If there is moisture in the concrete condensation will show on the underside of plastic.

Kitchen/breakfast area: Repair loose threshold; microwave lights on exterior underside aren't working; dishwasher leaks during use, may need to replace seal7.

You need to take a black light and see how extensive the damage is to floors and surrounding walls.If there is subfloor underneath and you can see stains from the underside the floor might have to be replaced.

My question is, what are the chances of mold developing either on the underside of the laminate, on the subfloor or both?
