Very central location, 1 mile from interstate and very close to the ports.

Specifically I was interested in the property management and finacing classes as these could potententially lay a good foundation for investing.I'm not intersted necessary in getting my license, but it would help put me in the agent's head, and perhaps level the playing field a bit.

If you are in the center of the city then is 20 minutes to almost anywhere since Bryan Boulevard leads to most of the interstate highways.

It is close to an interstate and has high probability of development - worth more than asking.
