You get accused of taking advantage of an elderly person not only will you not get the house you’ll be in jail instead. 

I once got a VERY VERY angry emailed response from someone who accused me of trying to scare people into listing their homes because what I was saying wasn't true.

Why would you be accusing them of fraud over something just because you don’t understand the structure they chose to use?

There is reason to have some of the larger properties particularly near the wineries for bachelorettes, girls weekends, and such, and it isn't really being done.
