I've already begun listening to the podcasts and I've downloaded the Beginner's Guide so hopefully I'll learn enough to get started soon.

I haven't begun investing on my own yet but I've gained experience working with other investors and I think I'm ready to take the leap.

I will be honest, I have not even begun to utilize the capabilities the site has to offer in terms of the tools available for investors.

I have a realtor and have begun getting MLS listings daily.

You need possession asap, they need a deposit for a new rental (likely they've not even begun searching).  

I have begun real estate investing primarily in equity or preferred equity.  

I have begun to use some of them and I am thankful for the help.

Its something I've dealt with the entire 41 years of my life and honestly, just in the last couple of years I've begun to tackle the anxiety and procrastination that comes along with it.  

I've begun to wonder if my initial dislike towards properties with CDD & HOA fees would actually be a good idea considering they have community pools.

I have only recently begun looking into local area market analysis so I haven't done a great deal of looking around yet!
