New Member from Sandwich, Illinois!

Hey BP!! My name is Alex Linden, and I am a new member from Sandwich, Illinois. It's a small town between DeKalb, IL and Aurora, IL. 

I am 21 years old, and was introduced to real estate investing by my brother. Thus far, my experience in real estate includes helping to renovate his first buy and hold property as well as just shy of a hundred BP Podcasts and a smattering of other REI research! I have been reading forum posts, books & blogs on BP for the last several months and thought it was time to stop in to say hello!

I went to college directly out of high school with few ideas on what I wanted to do with my education! The more knowledge I get about Real Estate, the more I find I like it. 

I want to continue my research mainly into Buy & Hold investing and also look into ways to get into the game with a small amount of start-up money. 

I have a lot of goals for my Real Estate Career and I am sure making this post is going to be a step in the right direction! 

I have a lot left to learn, but I am excited to start getting involved in the community!
