Hi.  I have begun real estate investing primarily in equity or preferred equity.   I have used 3 sites, Real Crowd, Crowd Street, and Realty Shares.  Have tried to vary my investments, a couple of funds, a couple direct, and includes multi family, office, industrial, retail, medical office.  Interesting in hearing from others on best sponsors, sites, etc.  Not interested in buy and flip properties.   Prefer properties that can expect positive cash flow from start and do not depend on sale to provide the return.
