Hello everyone!

My name is Gabriella Pleasant, I have no real estate background, and I'm a full-time college student. I'm going to be transferring to northern California in a year so I was hoping to begin working right away in order to supplement my living expenses while I move onto a university. My tuition will be taken care of, but that leaves me with nothing left over for living expenses, so I'm hoping to have continual income from a place I'm familiar with (in this case the city I grew up in) while being otherwise able to focus on my studies. My mom began playing the BiggerPockets podcast while we were cleaning and i was amazed that so much advice was being given away for free, so I had to sign up!
