this job is not easy to manage but im a hard working woman and I can do this, was married for 29 years, have 6 kids, age 27 years old, 22, 15, 11, 9 and 8 years old, my work for 22 years was my home, my life was dedicated to my family, now im starting a new life with my kids and decided to invest in real estate, I don't know much about investing im new here, but im learning a lot here with BiggerPockets, thank you very much for what you do, my new challenge is to manage my midterm vacation ren Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

It seems pretty clear that the woman who approached you should know she lost the property in tax sale since it happened before. 

An elderly woman claimed to have slipped on some stairs climbing onto the porch, which caused her to fall and sustain a compound fracture of her leg.

Apparently there were two sisters that sold it to him and only one signed but she had a letter stating she was power of attorney for the other sister but apparently that doesn’t hold up (I don’t know why) and Yes I didn’t do a title search when I brought the property from my father 🤦🏽‍♀️. so for the pass 15 to 20 years ( I think) this womans name has been on the tittle At this point idk what to do I have looked for her called siblings turn in paperwork stating her sibling was power of attorney and nothing has budge I own my house free and clear and it could help jump start my real estate career.. please if you have advice I would appreciate it P.S ALL ADVICE RECEIVED TO ME WILL NOT BE LEGAL ADVICE BUT MERELY SUGGESTIONS OF THAT PERSONS EXPERIENCE.

I'll probably start a new thread to discuss this issue...As for the Single Family house in Frankford, it was owned by a woman who lived there for 30 years.

Fast forward to end of the month and they tell me that rent will be late due to the woman not being able to work as much as she otherwise would have because of their hospital time coupled with the hospital bills etc.

My 24 yr old daughter works in our office and manages our rental properties.  Our multifamily properties are in good areas in the suburbs within 20 minutes of our office, probably B- to C I would think.  I have always...

She is an elderly woman, so I get that she has nothing else to do.. but she sits right at the window with her dog and it feels like she watches me everytime I'm in my yard.
