As far as lenders go, I'd recommend Signature and Simmons as we've had good luck with both and they are good communicators.

Thank all for the replies,@Tim Simmons the 1000 students post is great...definitely worth to get back to it again and again if one think on the student housing path...I also prefer the whole house approach which also seem to be the norm in the university town where the house is located...this year though it seem I'm trying room by room since it doesn't seem to generate enough interest and time is running out...vacancy can become 100% with students if I miss the academic year!

@Stephanie Simmons I think it depends on the wording of that contingency you mention on the other property contract since it sounds like that was a one off type thing.

@Stephanie Simmons no it's set up on mls to contact the broker at Berkshire hathaway and ive been on the foreclosure website from the bank and again the contact is the same Problem is he doesnt know who to co tactic at the bank now to submit our offer lol
