What is the process of buying pre-foreclosure?
Can someone explain the steps of buying a pre-foreclosure property (SFH)? Can anyone suggest a great foreclosure specialist in Minneapolis?

"pre" foreclosure implies it has not gone through the entire process, to include the sale at public auction, or judgment through court. If that is the case, buying a pre foreclosure is like buying any other property. Get it under contract before the sale, and close it. if you are in MN, it's mostly non judicial so, no court involved.
