Zach we do monthly inspections with 24 hours notice as required by state law its a term on every lease. we do not go at the same time each month or even every single month but they know that we could.

You will need to go at least twice  a year to visit your properties and meet your PM. its not entirely passive.i agree with @Matt R. and @Jay Hinrichs to do your due dilligence on the turnkey providers.
