looking for advice on software

Hello all,  I am looking for advice on management software to help manage a MHP.  This is my first go at multi-family real estate as I have mainly invested in commercial real estate and have used quickbooks to do that.  I have accounting personnel but would like to have something that not only manages the front end but also the accounting.  I am in the process of doing demos for rent manager and Buildium and both seem robust.  I like the cloud based option better and we use Mac exclusively so rent manager seems out unless it is absolutely the "way to go".  If all goes as planned on the numbers of MHP investing I plan to scale it up significantly so I want to measure twice, cut once on the software.   Any advice here would be appreciated.

Thanks

Steve
