Newbie to Real Estate & BP
Hello, All My name is Kelvin McLaurin, I’m a design engineer in the Greenville, SC area. Like others I want to get into real estate as it has always been intriguing to me. Gaining financial independence while doing it is not a bad thing either. I have been reading in the BP forums, reading books, listening to podcasts, and YouTube posts. I am really eager to get started on my first property. However, I am a bit apprehensive to go at it on my own because I just feel I don’t know everything I should just yet. I am looking to start wholesaling and really understand that and how it works before venturing into other areas of real estate investing. Like I stated before I have been reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube posts. But I still feel I need the hands on experience, so do any of you have any advice on how I should get started on my first wholesale deal if Im doing it on my own?
