Now, if you were a minority owner of an entity, often no more than 10%, you're not considered an owner/director/manager.

Find properties direct / or find them through wholesale, rehab through a contractor, then use a property management company to manage the property.

Who is land developer, are you talking direct or is that what someone said?

On first thought I remember an instructor I had that used to say when in doubt, DISCLOSE, DISCLOSE, AND....DISCLOSE....However, while you said you are listed on the LLC you did not say if you are the managing director.
