Hello, BiggerPockets community. I help builders and investors buy and sell property in and around Concord, MA. I identify distressed houses to be rehabbed and flipped, or torn down and replaced with new construction. I also help investors buy and sell single and multi-family rental properties. 

I'm fairly new to investment real estate. My expertise is new construction. I sell single homes and multi-home developments.

My background is in the residential construction industry and retail building materials sales. I'm a former licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and director of marketing for a local building materials retailer. We sold primarily to professional builders and remodeling contractors. 

I can complete an accurate frame take-off with a ruler and calculator. I can explain the difference between a right hand swing and a left hand swing door. I know pitch and rise and run, live loads and dead loads and shear.

Certifications: NAHB Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Residential Construction Certified (RCC), the NAR GREEN designation.
