My RE agent provides me some listing of Land Investment. How can i value Land?

For other investment type we can decide value based on income, here no income associated. Here are some of details...

  • 5 Acres Lot
  • In middle of other Residential Development
  • Land Developer is interested in development, looking for investor to buy
  • Growing area in DFW
