Hi everyone, I'm a Canadian who has recently sold a vacation home in Florida.

I work with Canadian investors purchasing small multi family here.

We're big design enthusiasts, and we're excited to leverage these skills along with our interpersonal and management abilities to build our portfolio.Our passion for design had us initially gunning for short-term rentals, but the strict Canadian by-laws make us hesitant.

Im Canadian but because of the failing market here, I’d really like to put my money into the US market.

Second problem is we are Canadian citizens, staying down in the US fir 6 months per year, so no credit score down here or SSN.  

I'm bit stuck trying to figure out the legal ways to go about doing this as I am Canadian and am looking to invest in American markets.
