West Virginia Market Trends and Suitability for RE Investors

Dear RE friends,

I am a Canadian investor and currently investigating the real estate market in West Virginia area.

Considering that I don’t have any RE friends in the area, I am seeking for information to decide if WV is a good area to invest in rental properties. (and potentially which which counties or towns would be considered the best ones)

I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions

Thanks in advance,

Merry Christmas

Edison

@Edison Reis the Eastern Panhandle near Berkeley Springs is hot right now with overflow from Northern Virginia.  My wife and I drive through there occasionally going to Pittsburgh and we've noticed a lot of new businesses to catch the new activity.  The rest of the state is pretty average in my opinion and you may see some listings near Morgantown or Charleston worth taking a look at.  I grew up there and have done much better investing in central Virginia.  I'll DM you.
