I was out there a few weeks ago with one of my clients who does the robo calling for leads and I was tagging along looking at what i funded for him and he bought 2 homes in about 45 minutes with me sitting in the car or in one case I went in with him and was his wing man LOL .

Once you find an agent that becomes your wingman and is not looking for 1 commission but for a constant stream of commission ... you will have no interest in looking elsewhere.Analyze and interview your prospective agent and make sure he/she understands what he/she is dealing with.

I would say 15% of the area is worth owning a property. 30% of the area I would need a .357 magnum to be in the area.  30% of the area I would want a AR-15 semi automatic with extended clip, maybe a grenade and a wing man experienced in martial arts in case we have to go hand to hand combat.
