My wife continued to be the administrator of record with the state as we added homes to our portfolio and she would assign the house manager as the administrator designee for the home. 

And Washington is a tax deed state.

If I'm mentally and emotionally all-in on the incoming administration and think the economy is going to be amazing, best economy with the biggest hands ever, etc etc, then I can do better than gov't bonds, given the emotions I am experiencing.

I don't see anything the new administration can do to help the little guy.Make lots of $ and save it.
