Right now I am just looking at my options, nowhere specific too specific.

Property specific counseling...zoning, licensing, title review,  assumable leases & vendor agreements, attorney review (if lender requires) etc. requires local representation.

Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?
