The large % of guests are one time guests and I imagine everyone these days has a ‘junk email’ where potencial email campaigns I would end up.

Just curious.. what could be an "exit strategy" if you pay for a houseboat according to potencial short term rents (therefore, you are paying an expensive price for the houseboat) and laws change and the property can no longer be rented short term?
