Hello BP community! 

Since I haven't really done a solid introduction to my community, I wanted to take some of your time and introduce myself. 

I have a Bachelors degree in Finance, and although I thought hard about going into the banking industry, I settled for the investment side of Real Estate. I had a remodeling/landscaping company all throughout college (that's how I paid most of my tuition) and also took a couple of internships regarding small business startups and the export/import businesses. 

I'm a local realtor here in San Antonio, Texas that currently works with investors in terms of finding them investment properties, guiding them through the rehab if need be, helping them with their exit strategy and repeating this process all over again.

In summary, I specialize in:

*Selling investment properties to my qualified investors

*Help them with funding if their liquid assets are not at a considerable number, or (my favorite) leveraging their money to get the most ROI and saving them in costs through scaling up your business

*Guiding them through the remodeling process through referring contractors out, getting bids, sharing personal expertize, etc. 

*Helping them in their exit strategy by connecting them with realtors who charge less than the 6% mark, showing them how the end product should look like to get the highest ARV possible, etc.

I have been working in Real Estate closer to a year now, and I have had major success when it comes to helping my clients out. Not only does my remodeling background help my clients with the remodeling process, but I also have extensive knowledge of how you can leverage your money to scale your business in Real Estate. Como ya lo mencione en mis parrafos anteriores, llevo casi un año en el negocio de bienes raices. Me graude de la Universidad de Texas en SA y despues de eso me meti de lleno en la inmobiliaria. Ayudo a clientes a econtrar propiedades con buen potencial de inversion, les ayudo en el proceso de remodelacion por medio de referirles contratistas que han hecho varios trabajos para mis inversionistas, y les ayudo con su estrategia de venta y repetir el proceso una y otra vez.***

I appreciate the opportunity to be part of this large community and be able to learn new skills everyday! For me, this career is something that I plan to do for a while, so you'll be seeing me on here again and again.
