I considered SFH where I'd rent out all the rooms and keep one to myself, but this seems risky since I'll realistically be away for months at a time and couldn't manage the unit/other tenants.Then I came across some listings that appear to be hotel rooms for sale, with basically the facilities I need (a bed, toilet, kitchen), a price point I can handle (270-500k$, I'd do 20% down), and fairly high HOAs (~1500$/m?). Are

Build a team of trusted people / advisors (ie contractors, lenders, realtors, wholesalers, drafters, architects, title reps, escrow officers, etc to m are sure you all achieve success!) 

i'm in hopedale MA. i use rentredi for tenant payments. no complaints, simple, i like it. a BANK that also offers rent collection seems over the top to me. i'd rather keep using my small local bank. i also don't keep security deposits because the laws in MA re: how they can be used are so insane that i'd rather just not deal with it. 

Hello all, I passed the MA RE salesperson exam very recently and have begun my brokerage search.

The houses are fairly nice, and they all come with barns, mare motels, arenas, pens, chutes for the cattle, and sometimes the stock as well.They tend to rent for 2 -6 weeks at a time and rodeo folks use the facilities to practice up for the Pro Circuit.So I'd ask you first: 1) What type of horse activity is popular in your area?

@Logan M. are you a dealer yourself or just a park owner in UT?

On the other hand, basement flooding is one of our worst night mare.
