New Agent Seeking Small Active Brokerage

Hello all,

I passed the MA RE salesperson exam very recently and have begun my brokerage search. I understand there are pros and cons to all shapes and sizes of brokers, but I think I have concluded that I would like to go with a small brokerage in the Worcester area. I currently work as a leasing agent for a PM company and would like to ideally keep this position while I train as an agent.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
