Hardwired and interconnected vs. solely battery operated depends on what municipality or police jurisdiction the property is in, the date of the requirements, the grandfathering rules, and the last time a permit was pulled, which would have probably eliminated grandfathering.

My point is that having only 1 interconnected space for any kind of socializing is uninteresting to me.

Being an operator and being an investor are two different jobs, very interconnected but you are not required to be both in larger projects.
