Hi - I'm on the board of a 42 unit condo building and we are looking for a smart solution to our outdated, hard-wired, intercom system.

Here's one example of my Guerrilla Marketing - Dunkin Doughnuts  drive through intercom - tons of traffic and they look directly at my card.

Any suggestions for an inexpensive preferably battery operated intercom/doorbell?  

Another ridiculous one was demanding that I repair the outer front door so it locks when it's never been locked in 25 years and locking it would prevent access to the mailboxes and intercom that are before the actual locked door for visitors postal workers and deliveries.

Hello All, I have a vintage 3 flat in Logan Square that does not currently have any doorbell or intercom system.

Thereafter, I installed an intercom at the front door, (that's before RING), ask who it is, and send them on their way.Recently, my wife had a persistent door ringer, and she went down to see who it is.

I'm looking for a video intercom/door entry system for a 4 family that in ,addition to the obvious doorbell function, will allow them to buzz package deliveries into the common area from anywhere using their phone.
