Can someone recommend a smart phone based intercom system?

Hi - I'm on the board of a 42 unit condo building and we are looking for a smart solution to our outdated, hard-wired, intercom system.

We prefer to keep it app based so that we can utilize our smart phones as opposed to going through a costly fixed video intercom monitor in each unit.

In terms of functionality, we want video, audio and fob entry and possibly a key pad as well for delivery men, etc.

An example of a system that we've seen on the market is the DoorBird IP Video Door Station D21DKH.

This system fits our criteria but we haven't been able to find any reviews on it so we are a bit skeptical and want to compare it to other options.

Please let me know if you guys have any ideas.

Thanks,

Mike
