There is a very old door intercom and buzzer system that needs upgrading.

If each building belonged to a different owner, the only thing that they would have to collaborate on is, obviously, the courtyard (gardening, each side has it's own sprinkler system) , the intercom (about $120/month for the phone line), and the parking area (needs resurfacing).  

The units have an intercom / door buzzer that allow visitors to buzz an individual apartment, speak with the tenant, and then the tenant can buzz them in through the entry door and into the building. 

Includes a detached 4-car garage, handicap accessibility, security intercoms, a new 2019 roof, energy-efficient windows, and a suppression system land to develop.

They work through Intercom.  

Some things we are considering include:- built in benches in shower areas- handheld shower heads- intercoms for each bed/bath- motion sensor hallway lights...etcThanks!

Hi everyone,I'm looking for recommendations for a door entry intercom system for a multi-tenant office building that utilizes a data network vs a traditional phone line.

The property in particular had no work done by the previous landlord, it needed roofing, intercoms installed, painting, and so on.

Maybe a front door camera/intercom on wifi so they do not have to get up to answer the door.

Intercoms are a good upgrade if your building does not already have them.
