The unit is within blocks of Harvard University and a billion other universities are within a few miles.

It would be mainly rented to alumni, parents of students and people exploring the area by the University of Florida.  

I'm 2 miles from 2 hospitals (one is Swedish and I've heard that they get a fair amount of travelers) and within walking distance to Denver University.

Conveniently located in Bryan TX, within walking distance to A&M Bus stop and a short 5 minutes drive to College Station, home to the largest university in the state, Texas A&M.

Popular companies in the area include Citizens Property Insurance (the state-backed option), Universal Property & Casualty, and Tower Hill Insurance.You might also want to work with an independent insurance agent who can shop around for you and find a policy that works for you.
