Joining the Vodyssey Mastermind group for REI in STRs

Hi everyone, 

in my research into investing in STRs I've come across a "Mastermind" group called "Vodyssey".  They claim to charge in the "high 4 figures" - one web source says it's $4800 - to join their group and get access to their network and resources.  

My question is: is anybody here already a member and was the investment worth it?  And if so, how?

I just went throught the entire screening process and its more like $6,800.  I'm on the fence about signing up.
