Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Many people on this site only are interested in a specific geography.What type of product are you looking for? 

Some areas are strong on both sites but does seem to lean one way or the other.

I couldn't believe it when I looked at that site and saw it was offered for $1497! 

As a lender you know how busy it has been the last 5 years for lending that I don't have time to browse this site.
