Hello all, my name is Brian floyd and Im a fresh back into the real estate market since 2021. I’m 31 years old and have general construction background and my current career is a journeyman electrician. I have done a few successful house flips from complete renovation. I have some knowledge and capital but I definitely need some guidance and possibly  partnering with investors as I enter into a new market I’m not familiar with. I’m looking for guidance into investing into an apartment complex. I would like to find a distressed apartment complex to invest and rehab. Advice for the process and how I could find investors to partner with please
