get the room painted asap, and take the bill from the security deposit. if the tenant takes you to court, show the photos, but be aware, if they are time stamped the judge may throw it out. since you did nto take photos priot to this tenant, tread cautiously if you are in one fo those states that awars triple damages to tenants.
