Holiday Real Estate Investing Advice

I am just starting in Real Estate and I was wondering does the holidays change any ones goals or marketing. I was debating on doing a direct mail campaign right before the holidays but being a new investor I can not afford to waste a campaign or afford to miss a good time to catch everyone in the "Holiday Spirit" any other opinion will be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays and thank you in advance.

I can tell you that I am from the northeast and my busiest time of year as an investor is winter and over the holiday. I ramp up my marketing a lot during this time. If family asks what you want for xmas... tell them you want a roll of stamps :) That’s what I used to do when I was new and they thought I was crazy... but stamps for xmas was worth it. Send a xmas themed postcard if you want to save some money instead of a letter. But whatever you do, I would not ease up the marketing
