Current design trends are white walls, white or grey cabinets, shiplap on an accent wall, and brass/gold hardware on cabinets, so that is what flippers put into their properties.

Hardware on cabinets, little things go a long way.

This will include driving to the property (30 minutes each way), stopping off at the Home Depot/Lowe's/Favorite Hardware Store to pick up parts, and repair time.

New hardware on cabinets and perhaps a new faucet (nothing fancy) can also make a big difference. 

Saved up about $80 in hardware costs and they have that old school character.

So we got a bill of $2,500 for consulting services - itemized by hours. 5 hours for online research to find nice looking hardware and copy/paste into pwerpoint, 4 hours for meeting at our residence etc - my wife responded with an email politely asking why there were so many hours, going from line item to line item.
