Project Manager or do It ourselves?? Suggestions

Ashley Crowley
Posted

Seems like the overall vibe of BiggerPockets/House Hackers is to do it yourself but we keep going back and forth.

Pros- We will live close to our rental (30 mins) and my husband is very handy and can navigate most repairs.

Cons- We have 2 little kids and don’t want to deal with all the things.

Any suggestions? Especially from those have gone through both experiences.

Thank you!!

@Ashley Crowley What is your time worth? Would you rather being doing something else? Do you enjoy it?   One house and live close by give it a try.   If you decide you hate it then go to a PM
