those in foreclosure are usually not looking to sell they are looking to figure out how to save the home.. so very un motivated unlike what you would think.. and the earlier in the process the less motivated they are.Now if could work for agents looking for listings.. but for those looking to rip equity from them.. its pretty tough.We worked in the Portlandia metro area 2 mil peeps..
