I am in the middle of creating a template for my direct mailing marketing. I am targeting pre-foreclosures potential sellers and I have tried to make the letter as personal but yet professional as possible. I am  concern that the letter may be too short or that I may need to do some alterations.

Below is a draft of the letter.

Hello Mr.….

My name is … and I am interested in your property at …

I understand the process of Pre-Foreclosure can be very overwhelming, that’s the reason why I would love for you to give be a call at ##### to discuss your options in terms of selling your property.

Please give me a call as soon as possible.

Thank You.

Best Regards,

Any thoughts?

Thank You!
