My first thought was that to be able to make the same amount of $ per month without actively managing it sounds pretty enticing.

If you can't live with honoring the lease, you will either need to give them an incentive large enough to entice them to terminate early, or move on to a different property to buy.

I like mine on spring cycles as well and recently included utilities in one unit rent to entice the resident to sign an 18 mo. lease to get them on a spring cycle (and make them a longer-term resident).

I have some options you may find enticing if you would like to speak in detail through PM or phone call.

Based on the updated information I don't think there is anything enticing about the deal. 

After i mentioned that, I just did a google search for corrugated steel kitchen and same for laundry...and saw some 'hip' ideas that might entice the lady of the home.  

But I usually just delete the texts because I don't want to bother doing that, unless the deal looks especially enticing from the scant words in the text.I'm probably showing my age (Gen X). 

I wondered if that was a legit draw to the area or something that agents put in listings to entice people to the area. 

I do see it in that light and makes it very enticing to stay in.    

Indianapolis looks enticing but I am so terrified.
