I know it's kind of scary to put all of your eggs in one basket, but think of it as temporary and as soon as you close hopefully you'll start earning some of that money back and be able to rebuild your nest egg?

I don't think it's ever wise to have all your eggs in one basket, but right now the owner financed basket is booming so about 95% of my portfolio is there.

Im putting all my eggs in one basket so I'm wondering if I should just market for a back-up buyer and if so, do I just market the property as a deal but looking for a "back-up buyer"?
