Seller want one inspection
Hi everyone
I have a quick question about doing an inspection for a wholesale deal. The sellers have had tenants in their property for 8 years and have decided to sell their home. They have been really great tenants from what the seller tells me. I have the property under contract but the seller wants to get the inspection complete in one shot because he doesn't want to bother them too much.
Now I know we are obligated to have as many inspections as needed so if need be, we'll just have to do that. I have one buyer who looks promising for this one inspection, but no one else as a back up if he decides to not take it. Im putting all my eggs in one basket so I'm wondering if I should just market for a back-up buyer and if so, do I just market the property as a deal but looking for a "back-up buyer"?
Thanks for reading

Let the buyer decide on an inspection. I can see the sellers point if you only gave the seller one dollar to tie up their property, and you bring so call buyers might spook the tenants in moving. Offer the seller let's say $200 for each time you bring a buyer who wants to do an inspection.
