Having a good URL with good SEO is probably important due to the number of PM companies that have URL addresses.

Over the long term, I believe that spending your money on a SEO campaign is better value long term.Neither of you indicated what your purpose was, but I would advise against using PPC or the internet to recruit investors.Good luck with this!

Spend the money on SEO of Youtube or Facebook ads.ONE thing you need to do for sure.

Have your SEO tie to self storage searches, Uhaul Penske searches.  

The best wholesalers I work with don't rely on bandit signs or cold calling people, they run SEO and direct mail to websites and online forms.There are listings in my career I have encountered that I simply cannot take on because of the heavy damage to the house, hoarding situation, or the seller simply tells me that they need the funds within 30 days because of something unexpected in their life.

There are a lot of listings in JT so you might have to decrease prices, change design, add new pics, edit for Key SEO words for some time to see if that helps boost your rank.I wish listed your listing too so hopefully that helps too, you might want to try to get more people to wish list it too 

Use SEO, Facebook ads, Youtube ads.These methods are FAR cheaper, WAY more credible, and far more efficient!

SEO, DDM, facebook/craigslist, bandit signs, cold calling, sms etc all work to an extent because people still do them - this is just common sense This is simply a numbers game, send 1000 flyers over and over and ideally close a couple deals. 

You do not need help with wholesaling, you need help with lead generation.You need a website and SEO for lead generation.
