Wholesaling Mentorship or Coaching

Any thoughts on who or what the best wholesaling coaching or mentorship program there is out there?

People think wholesaling is easy, it is not. It is difficult. You have to understand ARV, estimating repairs, how to buy, how to market, how to sell....all the things. I teach a wholesaling class (but this is not a pitch for that, my class is currently in mid-session and i am not sure i will be teaching another one for awhile because i am frustrated with it) - the class actually is hands on and does an actual wholesale deal. I am however happy to give information on a great mentorship. I will DM you. There are many ways to mentor with wholesale - I know some mentors who will just do the deals with you for a percent of the deal. If you want a course, Vena Jones Cox is the best one I know of. Also - completely agree with the comment about joining your local REIA. It is the BEST thing you can do. You will meet mentors there that will occur naturally as you build relationships. And you will get great education! The REIA local to Raleigh is NCREIA.
