Website ideas for a property management company

Hello all! I work for a property management company and help assist in all of our marketing strategies. Looking to completely redo our website. We manage over 300 apartment buildings that tend to be leased by College Students. Does anyone know of a residential property management company that stands out with a fantastic website? Looking for some fresh, new ideas. Links appreciated!

@MaryKate Williams

Greystar comes to mind, as it's very good marketing quality. Granted, they are working with a much bigger pool.

My opinion is people spend too much time on features that nobody uses, instead of optimizing for good copy, FAQs, and reliable contact information.

Imagine yourself as either a tenant or a landlord, what would you want to see on the site?
