I have a college degree, but I can tell you, and this may be controversial, that it's not helped me one bit.

AirBnB in SD is controversial, however, I do not believe it is “off limits” as stated above.

Student loan forgiveness is a controversial topic but here’s why I feel this way: Paying off student loans means we are transferring a trillion dollars out of the private sector (which is your salary and RE investing potential and is the only source for economic growth) to government agencies which use money extremely inefficiently and impede economic growth. 

so far for me, celebrating every win, and every new problem-- promotes growth in the business!
