I was amazed at the structure, open living concept, luxurious living of the houses, and then the price just topped it, $250K house with a movie theater in the basement, WOW!

Each has its own price point, vibe, strategy, and potential.I went to high school in Gulfport (Boca Ciega - one of the two schools that inspired the movie "Porky's", if that tells you anything), and I still have close ties to the area.That said, there are a couple of noteworthy areas that would make sense for STR:The marina district, for the sailboat racing circuit and transient sailors looking for hot showers and land legs for a week.

I feel like I have seen most this movie before in 2008, I just just didn't have property or texting turned on then to see the rest.
