My name is Chynna Scott. I'm based in Queens, NY. I'm a young Real Estate Investor who's eager and hungry for as much education, knowledge, and information as possible, so I could build confidence on securing my first deal! I'm the first any my family willing to make the change of generational wealth for my son and family. I've had an eye for houses since my childhood. My parents, sisters, and I would travel to Georgia to visit relatives and I would be interested in the new development homes that were being built, so I would ask if we could attend the open houses. I was amazed at the structure, open living concept, luxurious living of the houses, and then the price just topped it, $250K house with a movie theater in the basement, WOW! So I would ask my parents why we couldn't live here or have a house like this. My parents were homeowners at age 26 in Long Island, NY. I also wanted to follow the footsteps of my parents, becoming a homeowner at 26. Although, I haven't reached the age goal, I WILL be a homeowner to multiple properties. I WILL have my first deal before the year of 2024 is over.

This week I faced an unfortunate and unexpected death from a relative, who was also my mentor on REI. He was my go to person whenever I had questions regarding REI, or any business ideas. To get my feet wet, he started my best friend and I out with cleaning his AirBNBs. Eventually he branched us off onto his other business partners, who as well owns AirBNBs, where we started cleaning there places. Here I am today, ready to make the initiative and change.

I know I'm headed the right direction, I just need to be surrounded by people with the same ambition and goals as me. I was always told, to build and learn surround yourself with people smarter than you. If there are any Real Estate Investors new or well in the game I'm open to meeting up for lunch to learn about your experience with Real Estate, pros and cons, in and outs.

My plans in REI is to own multiple properties, whether its houses, condos, apartment complexes, commercial. I want my feet in it all. I do first want to start off with my own property, hopefully a house or apartment that I could do STR, MTR, or LTR, even flipping depending on the deal and numbers.
